Port Harcourt's
spec-first contractor.
We do not improvise engineering work, we contract it: scoped in writing, quoted in writing and executed against the drawing. That is the whole company, applied to welding, fabrication, oil & gas support, procurement and manpower.

Who we are
A Port Harcourt engineering services company serving Rivers State and the wider Niger Delta. Coded welders, fitters, technical crews and a procurement arm, carried by one habit: putting the job on paper before putting tools on it.
The person who scopes and quotes your work is accountable for delivering it. The same team carries a job from the first written scope through execution, handover and whatever support comes after.
At a glance
How a scope gets a quote
Four questions. All four have to be yes, or we tell you no instead of quoting anyway.
Is the spec written?
Drawings, standards or a written summary. If the scope only exists in conversation, we put it in writing before we price it.
Is it inside our scope?
Our registration covers nineteen lines of business. If your scope falls outside them, we say so instead of improvising.
Can we hit the date?
A delivery date we cannot keep is not offered. The date on the quote is the date we plan crews and materials against.
Can we source to spec?
Materials are priced from real supply. If a grade or fitting cannot be sourced in time, the quote says so.
The three things we hold fixed
The written spec
Every job starts as a document both sides can point at: the drawings, the standards, the quantities and the exclusions. Ambiguity is settled on paper, before it becomes rework on site.
The committed date
The delivery date on the quote is a commitment we plan crews and materials against, not an opening estimate. If the date moves, it moves in writing, with a reason.
The documented handover
Work is inspected against the specification and handed over with supporting documentation. Sign-off happens before close-out, not after the invoice.

How a project runs
Six stages, the same six every time, and the last one keeps going after the invoice.
01Contact
Send your scope through the form, by email or by phone. A person replies, not an autoresponder.
02Scope review
Drawings and standards are read, gaps are queried in writing, and we visit the site where the work needs it.
03Written quote
Within one working day: itemised materials and labour, the standards we will work to, and a committed date.
04Mobilise
Crews, materials and equipment are scheduled against the agreed date. You see the plan before work starts.
05Execute
Work proceeds to the agreed drawing and standard. Progress is reported as agreed, and changes are priced in writing before they proceed.
06Handover & support
Inspection against the specification, supporting documentation supplied, sign-off before close-out. We remain reachable after the invoice.
